iPreach Campus New Hire | Orientation Packet Instructions for Successful Completion


  1. Review Welcome Message

    • Begin by thoroughly reading the welcome letter from the CEO, Marchelle L. Cannady.

    • Understand the vision and mission of iPreach Campus to align your goals with the institution's core values.

    • As a reminder:

      1. Please carefully read each section.

      2. Click "Next" at the end of each page.

      3. Sign the "Signature Page" at the end of the Packet.

      4. Download, Sign, and Email the following: Government forms (W-2 and Form I-9) must be signed and email to: careers@ipreachcampus.online. To electronically sign and edit PDF documents, you can use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, which allows for full PDF editing and signing capabilities. You can download it here:

  2. Understand iPreach Campus Overview

    • Familiarize yourself with the history, structure, and purpose of iPreach Campus.

    • Pay special attention to key milestones, such as the Beta semester starting on October 17, 2024, and the grand opening in January 2025.

  3. Read Through Policies and Guidelines

    • Carefully review all policies, rules, regulations, and bylaws included in the packet.

    • Note any critical compliance requirements or expectations, particularly those related to Christian educational standards and legal obligations.

  4. Review Job Responsibilities

    • Review your specific duties and responsibilities within the department structure.

    • Understand how your position fits into the broader goals of iPreach Campus and the reporting structure for your department.

  5. Complete Required Forms

    • Fill out all necessary onboarding forms, including the Acceptance Form, which must be submitted within two days of receiving the packet.

    • Ensure that all personal information is correct, and sign where required.

  6. Engage with Onboarding Materials

    • Watch any included orientation videos or read through onboarding materials specific to your role.

    • Take note of key dates, such as staff training sessions or department meetings.

  7. Familiarize Yourself with Campus Resources

    • Review information on the FaithWorks Innovation Lab and other key resources available to staff.

    • Understand how to access tools and support for fulfilling your role effectively.

  8. Set Up Communication Channels

    • Establish communication lines with your department heads and team members.

    • Ensure that you have access to the official email (careers@ipreachcampus.online) and other communication tools.

  9. Understand Performance Expectations

    • Review the performance evaluation criteria specific to your role.

    • Understand the metrics that will be used to assess your contributions and how they align with iPreach Campus' mission and goals.

  10. Learn About Community Engagement

    • Understand the mandatory Community Service Programs that are part of iPreach Campus, especially as you will be involved in organizing and overseeing these programs.

    • Familiarize yourself with the types of community service activities expected from both staff and students.

  11. Prepare for Accreditation Process

    • If your role involves aspects of curriculum development or academic affairs, familiarize yourself with the ongoing accreditation efforts.

    • Review the plans for achieving accreditation and your part in the process.

  12. Submit Acknowledgment of Orientation Completion

    • Once you’ve reviewed all materials and completed the necessary steps, submit an acknowledgment form stating you’ve completed the orientation packet.

    • Keep a copy of this acknowledgment for your records.

  13. Engage in Continuous Learning

    • Plan to engage in any ongoing training or professional development opportunities offered by iPreach Campus.

    • Stay updated on new developments, policies, and changes within the institution.
